The Bulk Vessel Inspection Questionnaire (BVIQ) is a standardized way of doing a risk assessment on all sorts of dry and liquid bulk cargoes.
In 2021 and 2022 RIGHTSHIP updated its guidelines for the BVIQ, making the questionnaire relevant to new changes in bulk cargo shipments.
